Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a click?
A click is counted each time a visitor is tracked through your campaign links. This includes all redirect types: direct, meta refresh, and JavaScript redirects.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date. No refunds or credits are issued for plan changes or unused time.
What happens if I exceed my click limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed your limit, clicks will continue to be tracked, and overage charges will apply. Overage is billed per 10,000 clicks at your plan's rate per million divided by 100, plus 5%. For example, on the Starter plan, overage is $0.83 per 10,000 clicks.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After the 30-day period, fees are generally non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy for complete details.
